Data Deletion Policy

At Creator Support Network we respect your privacy and the right to have your personal data removed. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, how we will process that request, and limitations you should be aware of.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at hello[@]xeronce.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. In your email please include:
    • Your full name
    • The email address used for your Creator Support Network account
    • Your user ID (if known)
    • A short statement confirming that you request deletion of your account and data
  3. For security and to prevent unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the account email or providing additional information). We will only request the minimum information necessary.

What we will delete

Once your request is verified, we will delete the following data associated with your account, unless an exception applies:

  • Account profile information (name, bio, profile image)
  • Saved links and assignments that are solely associated with your account
  • Wallet balances or points stored in your account (subject to our payout policy)
  • Personal identifiers stored for the account (email, phone number)

What we may retain

Certain records may be retained after deletion for legitimate business, legal or security reasons. These may include:

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that do not identify you
  • Records required for fraud prevention, audit, or legal compliance
  • Backups and logs for a limited period (see Retention period below)

Retention period

After we process a deletion request, some system backups or logs may still contain your data for a short time. We will remove personal data from active systems immediately upon deletion and remove data from backups as soon as reasonably practicable. Typical internal timelines:

  • Active systems: deleted immediately upon request processing
  • Backups: may persist for up to 30 days while backups are rotated
  • Security logs and legal holds: may be retained up to 90 days or longer if required by law

Timeframe for processing

After we verify your request we will begin deletion. We strive to complete deletion requests within 30 days. If we cannot complete the request within this time (for example, due to legal hold or other obligations), we will notify you with an explanation and expected completion time.

Limitations and important notes

  • No effect on third-party copies: If other users have shared, copied, or downloaded your content outside of our platform (for example, re-posted on another site or shared on social media), we cannot remove those copies. Please contact the third parties directly for removal.
  • Legal or security exceptions: We may retain or restrict deletion if required by law, legal process, or to protect against fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Irreversible action: Account deletion is permanent. After deletion your account cannot be recovered. If you have a wallet balance or pending payouts, follow the payout policy before requesting deletion.
  • No direct self-delete: At this time, account deletion must be requested by email. We process deletion requests after identity verification. This is to ensure security and to prevent unauthorized deletions.

What we do to minimize problems

We take careful steps to ensure deletion is handled securely and with minimal disruption:

  • We verify identity before performing deletions to prevent unauthorized actions.
  • We perform deletions inside secure processes and remove personal identifiers from active systems immediately.
  • If deletion affects any ongoing promotions, payouts, or other services, we will notify the account owner and provide instructions to resolve any outstanding items before deletion.

How to follow up

After you send a deletion request to hello[@]xeronce.com, you will receive an automated acknowledgement. If we need to verify details we will contact you to complete the process. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days, please re-send your request or contact support at the same address.

Dispute or complaints

If you believe your deletion request was not handled properly, please reply to the deletion confirmation email or send a complaint to hello[@]xeronce.com. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days.
