Welcome to Creator Support Network (the "App", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and related services. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Our Service

The App provides a community platform that enables creators to share links to their content and to receive support (such as views, likes, comments, shares, follows) from other members of the community. The App facilitates connections between real users, and provides tools to manage assignments, rewards and tracking.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no guarantee that use of the App will result in increased views, monetization, follower growth, or revenue on third-party platforms. Results vary and depend on many factors outside of our control, including third-party platform policies, algorithms, content quality, and regional ad availability. You acknowledge and agree that there is no promise or warranty of specific outcomes.

3. Responsibility of Users

  • Account accuracy: You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate account information.
  • Lawful conduct: You will use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
  • No automation or misuse: You will not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or otherwise automate interactions with the App or with third-party platforms through the App.
  • Platform rules: You must comply with the terms, community standards and monetization policies of any third-party platform where your content is hosted. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including removal of content, strikes, demonetization, or account restrictions.

4. Verification & Proof Requirements

To confirm completed tasks, we may require screenshots, timestamps, OAuth verification, or other proof as described in the App. Submitting false, manipulated or forged proof is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension, removal of rewards, or permanent ban.

5. Rewards, Wallet & Transactions

Any points, credits or wallet balances provided by the App are governed by the App's reward policy. We reserve the right to adjust, suspend or cancel rewards at our discretion if we detect fraud, abuse or policy violations. Wallet balances are internal to the App unless otherwise specified. Cash-out options, fees and payout conditions (if any) are subject to separate terms and may change.

6. Third-Party Platforms & Content

The App interacts with third-party platforms by allowing users to open links via native intents or browser. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their policies, algorithms, ad-serving decisions, or enforcement actions. You agree that we are not liable for any action a third party takes with respect to your content or account.

7. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

  • Using fake, duplicate, or automated accounts to interact with content;
  • Submitting manipulated screenshots or falsified proof;
  • Attempting to game or bypass rate limits, quotas or safeguards;
  • Soliciting payments outside the App for guaranteed engagement;
  • Violating any third-party platform policies, laws or third-party rights.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App, restrict accounts, or remove content at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse, suspected fraud, or for safety and security reasons. Notification may or may not be provided in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE (INCLUDING OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Creator Support Network and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) your use of the App in a manner that causes harm to others.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also change these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Dhaka, Bangladesh], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
