Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2025

Thank you for using Creator Support Network (the “App”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information collected through our mobile application and related services (the “Services”). It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram), which operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to operate the Services:

  • Account information: name, username, email address, phone number (if provided), profile picture, and password or authentication tokens used for login (e.g., Firebase authentication).
  • Profile & creator data: profile details, links you submit (public post/video URLs), preferences, and settings.
  • Activity data: actions performed in the App (assignments, tasks claimed, timestamps), analytics about usage, and app crash logs.
  • Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, and identifiers (device ID, advertising ID where permitted).
  • Proof of action: screenshots or user-submitted text or IDs that you upload to confirm that you performed a task (optional and only if you choose to submit them).
  • Payment and wallet data: if you use paid features, we collect billing details necessary to process transactions (we do not store full payment card data; payment processing is handled by our payment provider).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information for purposes including:

  • Providing, operating, and improving the Services;
  • Matching and assigning links/tasks to members of the community;
  • Processing rewards, wallet updates, and transaction history;
  • Detecting abuse, fraud, and ensuring safety of the platform;
  • Communicating with you (support, notifications, policy updates);
  • Analytics and product development to improve features and performance;
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • With other users: certain profile information and the public links you submit are visible to other members when you request support or assign tasks.
  • Service providers: vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics). Those vendors are contractually required to protect your data.
  • Legal reasons: if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers: in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction under confidentiality obligations.

5. Interaction with Third-Party Platforms

The App helps you open content URLs in third-party apps or browsers (for example, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram). We do not control how those platforms measure views, likes, comments, or shares. We do not guarantee that actions you or other members take on third-party platforms will be counted as valid engagement by those platforms. Platforms have their own policies and may treat activity as invalid or take enforcement actions independent of our Services.

6. Proof & Verification Data

If you choose to upload screenshots, comment text, or other proof to validate a task, we store that content to verify the action and to maintain transaction records. Do not upload content that contains sensitive personal data about other people.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to improve the user experience. You can control cookie preferences through your device and browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may limit features of the Services.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services, for legitimate business purposes, or to comply with legal obligations. When we no longer need data we will delete or anonymize it according to our retention policies.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. However, no internet service is completely secure. If a security breach occurs, we will follow applicable legal requirements including notifying affected users and authorities as required by law.

10. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us as provided below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

11. Children

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 (or higher minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us to request deletion.

12. International Transfers

We operate globally and may transfer data to countries other than your residence. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses) to protect your information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and, when required by law, notify you of material changes.

14. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a helpful, community-driven service. However:

  • We do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or level of engagement for content shared through the Services.
  • We are not responsible for how third-party platforms treat or count views, likes, comments, or other engagement. A third-party may classify activity as invalid or take enforcement action (including removing content or restricting accounts) under its own policies.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our liability is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
